मुकुंदरा हिल्स राष्ट्रीय उद्यान(Mukundra Hills National Park,Kota स्थापना – नवंबर 1955 (अभयारण्य के रूप में)| अभयारण्य क्षेत्र का नाम मुकुंदरा की पहाड़ियां जिनका नाम कोटा के प्रसिद्ध प्रकृति प्रेमी हाडा शासक मुकुंद सिंह के नाम पर रखा गया| दर्रा वन्य जीव अभयारण्य जिसका नाम 2003 में दर्रा अभयारण्य से बदलकर राजीव गांधी नेशनल पार्क रखा तथा 2006 में वसुंधरा सरकार ने मुकुंदरा हिल्स पार्क नाम रखकर राष्ट्रीय उद्यान का स्तर प्रदान करने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया परंतु इस प्रस्ताव को केंद्र ने मंजूरी नहीं दी| मुकुंदरा हिल्स को राष्ट्रीय पार्क का दर्जा देने के लिए 9 जनवरी 2012 को अधिसूचना जारी की| [ जवाहर सागर अभयारण्य, चंबल घड़ियाल अभ्यारण्य, दर्रा अभयारण्य के कुछ भाग (लगभग 199.51km² क्षेत्र )को मिलाकर राज्य का तीसरा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान बनाने की घोषणा की| ] 10 अप्रैल 2013 को टाइगर रिजर्व घोषित किया गया| [राजस्थान का तीसरा टाइगर रिजर्व 1 रणथंबोर 2 सरिस्का ] विस्तार – यह राजस्थान के 4 जि...

Kota, Junction - Kota Junction railway station is a railway station on the West Central railway network of India which serves Kota in Rajasthan . It is the headquarters of Kota railway division of West Central Railway zone. Kota is an important station on the New Delhi–Mumbai main line and has direct connectivity with all major cities in the country. More than 170 trains make a halt at the station.
